Circular knitting machines are used in the textile industry. Single-face series circular knitting machine

The single-face series circular knitting machine has only one cylinder. It can be divided into several types:

1. Common single-face circular knitting machine: This machine has a large number of circular paths (usually 3 to 4 times the diameter of the cylinder, i.e., 3 paths/25.4mm to 4 paths/25.4mm). For example, a 30" single-face machine has 90F to 120F, and a 34" single-face machine has 102 to 126F paths. It has high speed and high output. In some knitting enterprises in China, it is called a multi-triangle machine (mainly rising with the Z241 type).

   Common single-face circular knitting machines include single-needle channel (one runway), two-needle channel (two runways), three-needle channel (three runways), four-needle channel, and six-needle channel models. Currently, most knitting enterprises use four-needle channel single-face circular machines. It uses the organic arrangement and combination of knitting needles and triangles to weave various new fabrics.

2. Single-face terry machine: Also known as a single-face terry machine, it has single-needle channel, two-needle channel, and four-needle channel models. It is used to produce various terry cloth and non-terry cloth products. It uses the arrangement of knitting needles and yarns to produce new fabrics.

3. Three-thread fleece machine: Known as a sweater machine or flannel machine in knitting enterprises. It has single-needle channel, two-needle channel, and four-needle channel models, used to produce various brushed fabrics and non-brushed fabric products. It uses the arrangement of knitting needles and yarns to produce new fabrics.

4. Jacquard single-face circular knitting machine: Jacquard single-face circular knitting machines have small and large jacquard machines.

   Computerized jacquard circular knitting machines greatly shorten the product design cycle, reduce the cost of circular machine products, greatly improve product quality, and increase the economic and social benefits of enterprises. At the same time, they improve the competitiveness and adaptability of enterprises.

• Small jacquard single-face circular knitting machine: Small jacquard circular knitting machines, also known as mechanical jacquard machines in knitting enterprises, are convenient and quick to change varieties, but have low speed and low output. They have jacquard wheel type, dobby type, drum type, and plug-in type. They are used to weave various single-face small jacquard fabrics, including ordinary single-face, terry, sweater, and jacquard machines with small patterns.
• Large jacquard single-face circular knitting machine: Large jacquard circular knitting machines, also known as computerized jacquard circular machines, can be inserted into a computer with a well-designed floppy disk. Input the program, and the weaving and non-weaving of needles can be performed. There are two functions (forming and floating thread, forming and gathering loop) and three functions (one road can be woven, gathered, and floated at the same time). It is used to weave large-patterned knitted fabrics, and can change yarn colors, with four colors, five colors, six colors, and eight colors mutually changing. It has large jacquard single-face, jacquard terry, jacquard sweater, and shifting circle, etc.

Double-face circular knitting machine



A double-face circular knitting machine has two cylinders, one upper cylinder (commonly known as a needle plate) and one lower cylinder, which are arranged perpendicular to each other, i.e., the needle plate and the cylinder are arranged vertically at 90 degrees. It mainly includes the following types:

1. Rib machine: The rib machine is a special type of double-face circular knitting machine. It has 1+1 needle channel (one needle channel for the needle plate and one needle channel for the cylinder), (2+2) needle channel, (2+4) needle channel, and (4+4) needle channel. It uses the mutual arrangement of triangles and knitting needles and the arrangement of yarns to weave new knitted fabrics.

2. Common double-face circular knitting machine: Also known as cotton and wool machine, multifunctional machine, universal knitting machine, etc., it has 1+1 needle channel, (2+2) needle channel, (2+4) needle channel, and (4+4) needle channel. For newly introduced circular knitting machines, in order to produce more colors and varieties, most of them are (2+4) needle channel circular knitting machines. It uses the mutual arrangement of triangles and knitting needles and the arrangement of yarns to weave new knitted fabrics.
