Daily Maintenance:

1. During the morning, noon, and night shifts, it's essential to clean the fiber creel and machinery to prevent fiber accumulation (fly). Pay particular attention to maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the smooth operation of the knitting unit winding mechanism.

2. Regularly inspect and clean the feeding devices during shifts to prevent yarn storage blockages caused by accumulated fibers, which can lead to fabric surface defects.

3. Check the automatic stop device and safety gear shields at the beginning of each shift. Any abnormalities should be promptly addressed through repair or replacement.

4. Conduct thorough inspections during shifts to ensure proper lubrication throughout circular knitting machine. Check oil levels and verify consistent oil flow to maintain optimal machine performance.


Weekly Maintenance:
1. Clean the yarn feeding speed disk and remove any accumulated fly from the inner disk.
2. Verify that the transmission belt tension is appropriate and ensure smooth operation.
3. Conduct a thorough inspection of the traction winding mechanism to ensure proper functioning.


Monthly Maintenance:
1. Remove the triangular seat and eliminate any accumulated fly.
2. Ensure the wind and dust removal device is functioning properly and clear any dust accumulation.
3. Clean any fly from electrical accessories and conduct thorough checks on systems such as self-stop and security systems.


Biannual Maintenance:
1. Disassemble and thoroughly clean all circular knitting needles and sinkers, checking for any damage and promptly replacing any worn or damaged components.
2. Verify that all oil injection equipment is operating smoothly and ensure cleanliness.
3. Inspect the flexibility of the positive-type yarn feed mechanism and clean as necessary.
4. Clean the electrical system and apply grease to prevent fly accumulation.
5. Ensure smooth operation of the oil waste collection system.


Circular Knitting Machine Maintenance Guidelines

The knitting mechanism serves as the core of the knitting machine, directly impacting product quality, making maintenance organizations indispensable.

1. During regular operation (duration varies based on equipment quality and materials used), clean needle grooves to prevent fabric contamination and minimize needle defects.
2. Inspect all needles and sinkers for damage, replacing any worn or damaged components promptly to maintain fabric quality.
3. Check needle plates and needle groove walls for damage, addressing any issues with immediate repairs or replacements.
4. Ensure the triangle is properly installed and securely tightened.
5. Check and correct installation location yarn feeding mouth, if found badly worn, you need to be replaced immediately

Circular knitting machine lubrication guidelines:

1. Daily oil level check: Ensure oil level is above two-thirds mark. Refill if necessary. During biannual maintenance, replace all oil if sediment is present.
2. Transmission gear maintenance: If oil-like stains are observed, add oil every 180 days. For grease lubrication, apply grease every 15 to 30 days.
3. Monthly maintenance: Inspect and lubricate drive bearings thoroughly.
4. Use unleaded knitting oil for all components. Day shift personnel are responsible for refueling.
